Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all packaging intact. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we will accept the exchange request provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please follow the return process first, and once the original item is returned, we can ship your new product.
