At Chictopix, we prioritize your satisfaction with our hair-cutting tools. If you’re not fully content with your purchase, we’re here to assist.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • Products that have been used or altered

3. Return Process

  1. Initiate: Contact customer service at contact@chictopix.xyz or (580) 467-5839, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. Authorization: Upon approval, we’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship: Package the item securely and send it to the designated address. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we cannot ensure receipt without it.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you and initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process. Timing may vary by bank or credit card company.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

To exchange for a different size, color, or model, follow the return process. Once we receive your item, we’ll ship the replacement.

  • Availability: Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or a product of equal value.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@chictopix.xyz or (580) 467-5839. We’ll work to resolve the issue, offering a full refund, exchange, or replacement as needed.

7. Final Sale Items

Items labeled “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
